Throughout his career of over twenty years, Marshall has performed in both technical and leadership roles as a consultant, trainer, manager, software developer, product manager, program manager and business owner responsible for growth and fostering environments where high-performing teams flourish as innovators.
As a senior information technology executive and professional, Agile coach and servant leader change agent Marshall drives positive, results-oriented digital transformations towards the Agile end game of comprehensive, organic organizational business agility, learning, and innovation.
Entrepreneurship and intrepreneurship have always been a motivator for Marshall as he started his business career with several information technology services startups. He later began a career serving U.S. Federal Government agencies and military forces as a consultant for small to large federal contracting companies and has held various clearances up to TS-SCI as recently as 2018. Marshall has also worked with and travelled internationally for several software and information technology professional services and product companies in various technical, product, and leadership positions from software developer to product manager to director and executive roles. In the past decade, Marshall has led several Lean-Agile digital transformation and SAFe implementations, most recently a successful implementation of the SAFe for the FAA’s Enterprise Services Center and an ongoing implementation at Emerson Corporation.
His certifications and expertise include Scaled Agile Framework for Lean Enterprises SPCT Candidate (SPCT), OrgMindset Enterprise Coach (OMEC), (SAFe) 4.0 Program Consultant (SPC4) instructor and practitioner, SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe for Government Practitioner (SGP), SAFe Certified Exam Developer, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum master (CSM), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), as well as over twenty years performing as a program and project management professional.
Marshall earned his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, where he majored in Management Information Systems.
